Position Summary
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and passionate Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cannabis products, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to educate customers in a professional and approachable manner.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Service | Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide personalized recommendations based on their needs and preferences.

Product Knowledge | Stay updated on cannabis products, strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories to educate customers accurately.

Sales Transactions | Process sales efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system while ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Compliance | Adhere to all Washington State cannabis laws and Cloud Cannabis policies, including ID verification and proper handling of products.

Merchandising | Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and displays.

Team Collaboration | Work effectively with team members to provide a seamless customer experience and support overall store operations.
Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Prior retail or customer service experience preferred; cannabis industry experience is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of cannabis products and eagerness to learn more.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Additional Requirements

Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Must possess or be eligible to obtain a Washington State Marijuana Worker Permit.
